焦化废水专用混凝剂对污染物的去除效果与规律
Removal Efficiency and Trends of Pollutants in CokingPlant Wastewater by Specific Coagulant
【摘要】 通过烧杯搅拌实验得出了焦化废水专用混凝剂对废水中的 CODCr、色度、F-和总 CN- 等主要污染物的去除情况随投加量和混凝 p H值变化的规律 ,给出了最佳投加量、最佳混凝 p H范围等操作参数 ,并通过现场混凝模拟实验考察了混凝处理效果对废水水质波动的承受能力 .结果表明 ,在最佳有效投加量 30 0 mg/L和混凝 p H值为 6.0~ 6.5的操作条件下 ,专用混凝剂对各污染物都有良好的去除效果 ,且受进水水质波动的影响很小 .
【Abstract】 The optimum coagulant dosage and pH conditions of coagulation experiments of cokingplant wastwater were determined by laboratory jar test.On spot simulative coagulation test was also carried out to investigate the flexibility of removal efficiency on concentration fluctuation in influent wastewater.Under the optimum dosage 300mg/L and a pH range of 6.0~6.5,CODCr,color,F- and TCN- in the wastewater can be effectively removed by the specific coagulant and stable removal rate can be assured under normal concentration fluctuation in influent wastewater.
