CLT酸废母液资源化萃取工艺

【摘要】 研究 N2 35溶剂萃取体系综合处理 CL T酸废母液工艺 ,以实现资源回收 .结果表明 ,在萃取剂浓度为 40 % ,酸化率为 50 % ,相比 1∶ 1时 ,萃取效果最佳 ,此时废母液 COD去除率达 97% ,萃余液 COD低于 2 0 0 mg/L ,COD指标达到国家综合排放标准( GB8978- 1 996) ;Na2 CO3和 Na OH混合水溶液作反萃剂 ,能够完全反萃 ,浓缩倍数达 9.4倍 ;浓缩液经蒸浓酸析 ,得到固体产品 ,产率 8.34g/L(废母液 ) ,主要有机成分为 CL T酸及其硝基衍生物 .

【Abstract】 The technology of N235 solvent extraction system to treat CLTacid wastewater was studied by static tube tests.The optimal parameters of extraction were obtained.The concentration of N235 is 40%,the acidification ratio is 05,and the volume ratio of two phases is 1.0In this optimal condition of extraction,the COD removal efficiency reaches 97%,the COD of remained wastewater is less than 200mg/L,which complies with the relative criteria(GB89781996).By using mixed solution of Na2CO3 and NaOH,the organic components can be completely backextracted and concentrated to 9.4 times.After the concentrated liquor is partially vaporized,the organic components,mainly of CLTacid and its niter derivatives,crystallize in acidic condition,and the recovery yield is 834g per liter wastewater.
