失活甲醇催化剂用于脱除硫化氢的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了失活甲醇催化剂用于脱除硫化氢的试验.结果表明,失活甲醇催化剂具有较好的脱硫性能,其重量硫容在室温和623K时稍低于工业氧化锌脱硫剂,在423K—523K的温度范围内则大于工业氧化锌脱硫剂.其体积硫容在室温下大于工业氧化锌脱硫剂.失活甲醇催化剂的工作硫容随着温度的升高而增大,而且在低反应空速时或者经过还原后具有更大的硫容.

【Abstract】 The experiment of the spent catalyst for methanol synthesis used for removal of H2S were carried out. The results showed that the spent catalyst for methanol synthesis had a good capability of desulfurization. The sulfur capacity (weight) of the spent methanol synthesis catalyst was less than the industrial ZnO desulphurizer at room temperature and 623K, but greater than the later at the temperature range of 423K-523K. The sulfur capacity (volume) of the spent catalyst was higher than the industrial ZnO desulphurizer at room temperature. Desulfurization tests also showed that the sulfur capacity of the spert catalyst increased with the increase of the desulfurization temperature , and was greater at low velocity or after reduced in H2. The utilization of the spent methanol synthesis catalyst as desulphurizer could not only improve the economic results but also prolong the life period of the spent methanol synthesis catalyst and improve the utilization efficiency of the resources.
