长江沉积物中痕量氯代酚类化合物的测定
DETERMINATION OF TRACE CHLOROPHENOLS IN YANGTSE RIVER SEDIMENTS
【摘要】 本文利用同位素稀释质谱法(IDMS)对长江南京段沉积物中18种氯代酚(CPs)进行了分离测定,结果表明,沉积物中CPs的含量以五氯苯酚为主,且氯代酚化合物的残留量按五氯苯酚>四氯苯酚>一氯苯酚>二氯苯酚>三氯苯酚的顺序递减.总的来说,氯代酚类化合物在长江沉积物中的分布模式较为相似.
【Abstract】 Chlorophenols (CPs) in sediment of the Yangtse river were analyzed by gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry. Concentrations were calculated using 13C-labeled CPs as the internal standard. The results showed that concentrations of CPs in sediments followed the order of pentachlorophenol > tetrachlorophenol > chlorophenol > dichlorophenol > trichlorophenol. The distribution features of CPs in sediments of the Yangtse river were similar among the investigated sampling stations.
