β-环糊精及羧甲基-β-环糊精对取代吲哚化合物的增溶
SOLUBILIZATION OF SUBSTITUTED INDOLE COMPOUNDS BY β-CYCLODEXTRIN AND CARBOXYMETHYL-β-CYCLODEXTRIN IN WATER
【摘要】 本文用羧甲基-β-环糊精及β-环糊精对两种取代吲哚化合物2-(4′-甲氧基苯)-吲哚与2-(3′,4′-二甲基苯)-蚓哚进行了增溶实验.结果表明:羧甲基-β-环糊精与二者均形成稳定的1:1的包合物,而β-环糊精与二者形成1:2的包合物.根据对2-(4′-甲氧基苯)-吲哚与2-(3′,4′-二甲基苯)-吲哚的分子结构、分子大小的分析,推断出二者与羧甲基-β-环糊精及β-环糊精形成包合物的可能构象
【Abstract】 Solubilization of two substituted indole compounds (SICs) by carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CMCD) and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) in water was reported in this paper. The results showed that the stable 1:1 inclusion complex can be formed between CMCD and SICs and stable 1:2 complex can be formed between β- CD and two SICs. According to the molecule structure and molecule size, the possible configurations of the inclusion complex have been guessed.
