【摘要】 以《宪法》、《环境保护法》、《固体废物法》为主线，阐述了我国现阶段危险废物管理的法律现状。并围绕《刑法》、《民法》等制约法及《大气污染防治法实施细则》、《海洋管理条例》、《水污染防治法实施细则》等相关行政法规，就它们与《固废法》的关系进行初步分析。提出了《固废法》体系的框架虽已确立，但仍有各种问题急需解决的观点。更多还原
