【摘要】 目的　解决前列腺摘除术后出血问题。方法　对１４例良性前列腺增生症的患者前列腺摘除术后切缘采用连续荷包缝合法收紧，颈部在留置Ｆｏｌｅｙ’ｓ－２２导尿管后留有１指空间即可。并同时对２１例患者采用解剖止血法进行对照。结果　术后治疗组（连续荷包缝合法）与对照组（解剖法）各项指标进行比较。分别为，尿液变清时间：１２±３６ｈ，４８±７２ｈ，（Ｐ＜０．０１）；术中术后出血量：５０～２００ｍｌ，２００～４００ｍｌ；平均施术时间６５ｍｉｎ，９０ｍｉｎ；术后ＱＯＬ１５±土０．８分，１．９±１．２分；住院时间８～１０ｄ，１２～１５ｄ（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论　通过治疗组与对照组术中、术后各项指标比较，我们认为该手术疗效确切，止血明显，术后住院时间短，预后好，无明显手术并发症，值得在临床上进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To solve the problem of hemorrhage after prostatectomy. Methods Fourteen eases of benign prostate hyperplasia were treated with prostatectomy. The incisal margin was treated with succesive purse-string suture. F22: indwelling catheter was put in the neck of bladder and a finger-space was left. At the same time twenty-one cases were treated with the way of anatomic homostasis. Result By comparing the differences between the two groups were,time of stopping hemarrage after operation were 12± 36h, 48±72h(p<0. 01);hemarragic volume 50-200 ml, 200-400 ml ; the time of operation, 65min, 90min ;the QOL1. 5±0. 8min, 1. 9 ± 1. 2 min; the hospitalized days, 8 - 10 d. 12 - 15 d(P<0. 5). Conclusion By the indexes between the two groups, we think that the method has good effect. It can stop bleeding after the operation. The time of hospitalization is short.
