【Abstract】 Studies are made on the extraction of cytochrome C by SDSS D 2EHPA/isooctane mixed reverse micelles system. The effect of temperature, time and phase volume ratio on the extraction yield of cytochrome C is discussed. The results show that the capacity of SDSS D 2EHPA/isooctane mixed reverse micelles to extract cytochrome C is so high that nearly 100% of the extraction yield can be obtained. The extraction time is as short as 5 min, and the extraction can be carried out at room temperature.更多还原
