水玻璃相合成纳米CdS的研究
Preparation of Nanocrystalline CdS in Waterglass Medium
【摘要】 室温下将 Cd( NO3 ) 2 溶液滴加到水玻璃与 Na2 S混合溶液中 ,搅拌 6h后经处理得 Cd S细粉。XRD检测表明晶型趋于立方 Zn S型 ,平均粒径为 3.7nm;TEM检测显示其颗粒具有较好的分散性 ,并验证了 XRD的粒径计算结果。
【Abstract】 At room temperature, Cd(NO 3) 2 solution was added in the dropwise way to the rigorously stired solution containing Na 2S and waterglass. When the mixture was stirred for 6 h, the powder of nanocrystalline CdS was obtained. The powder belongs to wurtzite phase and has an average particle diameter of 3.7 nm, which is in accordance with the results characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
