【Abstract】 The strong adaptability of GIS for hydropower planning and the merits of hydropower planning DSS based on GIS are analysed. The technical way of realizing the hydropower planning DSS based on GIS and the frame of the system are designed. The way to use GIS functions for every process of hydropower planning is given in detail. The technical feasibility of hydropower planning DSS based on GIS is elicited. Because of the use of GIS, the DSS provides perfect functions, friendly user interface and abundant information.更多还原
