熔体过滤法钢液脱铜技术探索
Exploration on Decoppering of Molten Steel by Filtering
【摘要】 以简单、实用为原则提出了一种钢液脱铜新方法一熔体过滤法,进行了以ZnOC-Al2O3系为主的15种脱铜剂、12种配比及8种加料方式的对比实验,确定了脱铜剂的种类、配比及装料方式,同时对脱钢原理也进行了初步分析和探索.
【Abstract】 A new technique for removing-copper by filtering was investigated in molten steel.Comparative experiments were carried out with 15 kinds of material, 12 formulae of decopperingagent and 8 feeding implements by alternative adsorption in filtration. The best decopperingagent, feeding implement and formulae were decided, at the same time the principle of decoppering by filtering was analyzed.
