Vero细胞对传染性法氏囊病病毒BJ836的敏感性
Proliferation of Infectious Bursal Disease Virus on Vero Cells
【摘要】 研究了Ｖｅｒｏ细胞对传染性法氏囊病病毒（ＩＢＤＶ）ＢＪ８３６的敏感性和 ＩＢＤＶ ＢＪ８３６在 Ｖｅｒｏ细胞上的适应性．结果表明， Ｖｅｒｏ细胞可作为 ＩＢＤＶ ＢＪ８３６培养用细胞系；来源于鸡胚细胞的 ＩＢＤＶ ＢＪ８３６对 Ｖｅｒｏ细胞有一个适应性问题．
【Abstract】 The possibility of production of IBDV BJ836 on vero cells and the adaptation of IBDV to vero cells were studied. The experimental results showed that vero cells can be used to produce IBDV by adapting IBDV on Vero cells.
