熔态还原炼铁一汽油合成一发电集成系统过程模拟
Process Simulation of Integrated Systems of Smelting Reduction Ironmaking-Gasoline Synthesis-Electricity Generation
【摘要】 将熔态还原炼铁产生的煤气在净化后发电或经改质后合成汽油的集成系统可以解决熔态还原炼铁的尾气利用问题及联合循环发电和煤基汽油合成造气投资成本高的问题.从效率、规模和产品结构各方面考虑,过程模拟结果显示:二段法熔态还原炼铁一煤气联合循环发电、二段法熔态还原炼铁一煤气蒸汽发电、一段法熔态还原炼铁一煤气联合循环发电、一段法熔态还原炼铁一煤气合成汽油一尾气蒸汽发电流程,有实现产业化的可能.
【Abstract】 The integrated system of smelting reduction ironmaking-gasoline synthesis-electric- ity generation, in which the coal gas produced in the ironmaking module is first cleaned and then used as the fuel for the electricity generation module or raw material of the gasoline synthesis module, can resolve the problem of utilization of tail gas in the smelting reduction ironmaking and the large investment of gasification in the integrated gasification combined cycle and gaso- line synthesis. Taking efficiency, scale and product structure into consideration, the processes of the two-stage smelting reduction ironmaking-combined cycle electricity generation with coal gas, the two-stage smelting reduction ironmaking-steam cycle electricity generation with coal gas, the one-stage smelting reduction ironmaking-combined cycle electricity generation with coal gas, and the one-stage smelting reduction ironmaking-gasoline synthesis with coal gas- steam cycle electricity generation with tail gas are techno-economically feasible and have the promise of being industrialized.
