低粘度环氧丙烯酸酯紫外光固化涂料的研制
Development of Low Viscosity Epoxy Acrylate for UV-Curing Coatings
【摘要】 采用双羟基化合物对环氧树脂进行改性 ,制得低粘度环氧树脂 ,然后用丙烯酸酯化 ,制得低粘度的紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸酯涂料 ,并对其反应条件及改性剂的用量进行了实验研究 ,得出最佳条件及用量。
【Abstract】 A low viscosity modified epoxy resin based on the reaction of epoxy resin with dihydroxyl compound has been given,then it has been esterified with acrylic acid to form a low viscosity epoxy acrylate for UV-curing coatings,and the reaction condition and amount of dihydroxyl compound are also described in this article.
