2-己基-1,3-二噁戊烷的合成研究
Synthesis of 2-Hexyl-1,3-Dioxolane
【摘要】 在对甲苯磺酸和硫酸铜复合催化剂存在下 ,以正庚醛(A)和乙二醇(B)为原料经脱水缩合合成了新型香料2 -己基 -1 ,3 -二戊烷。优化试验结果表明 :在n(A):n(B)=1∶1 1、催化剂用量为主原料总质量的0 25 %、反应时间为6h、反应温度为91~98℃ ,产物收率达94 1 %。产物经理化检测和红外光谱确证
【Abstract】 The perfume 2-hexyl-1,3-dioxolane was synthesized by the condensation reaction of n-heptaldehyde(A)with ethylene glycol(B) in the presence of a composite catalyst which is composed of p-methyl benzene sulfonic acid and cupric sulfate. The optimization experimental results showed that the 94.1%molar yield of 2-hexyl-1,3-dioxolane was obtained at a molar ratio of A:B=1:1.1 and the mass fraction of catalyst was 0.25%, and the temperature at 91-98℃for 6h. The product was characterized by the physical and chemical character and IR spectra.
