正己烷异构化非贵金属催化剂的研究
Advances of Research n-Hexane Isomerization by Catalyst
【摘要】 本文首次将活性组分磷引入了正己烷异构化非贵金属Ni-Mo/HZSM-5催化剂上,采用高压微反-色谱装 置分别考察了Ni/HZSM-5、Ni-Mo/HZSM-5、Ni-Mo-P/HZSM-5催化剂的异构化性能。在空速为2h-1,氢烃摩尔比 为8.0,压力为1.5MPa,反应温度为230℃的条件下,当Ni含量为1.0%、Mo含量为2.0%、P含量为1.5%时, 催化剂的异构化收率、选择性和转化率分别高达31.9%,57.8%,55.1%。
【Abstract】 In this paper, active component P is loaded over the non-noble isomerization catalyst Ni-Mo/HZSM-5 at the first time. The catalytic poprties of Ni/HZSM-5. Ni-Mo/HZSM-5. Ni-Mo-P/HZSM-5 for the n-hexane are re- searched on continuous microreactor- chromatograph unit. Under the conditions of 230℃, 1. 5 MPa, space velocity 2.0h-l, and H2/n C6 molar ratio 8 .0, with the optimum catalyst contents of Ni、 Mo and P being 1 .0% 、 2.0% and 1. 5% respectively, the isomerization yield is up to 31 .9%, with selectivity 57. 8% and conversion 55. 1 %.
