氯乙酸一步合成聚羟基乙酸
Synthesis of Polyglicolide Acid from Chloroacetic Acid By One-Step
【摘要】 聚羟基乙酸是一种简单的聚酯,它具有优异的可生物降解性和生物相容性,是一类较重要的医用高分子材料。以价廉易得的氯乙酸为原料,一步合成高纯聚羟基乙酸,考察了配比、反应时间、不同溶剂及洗涤剂对合成的影响,确立了优化条件。测定其熔点,并通过红外光谱鉴定其结构。
【Abstract】 Polyglycolide acid is one of the most important polymer material used in medicine because of its superior biodegradability and biocompatibility. The pure polyglycolide acid was prepared by one - step method from the cheap and available chloroacetic acid. The effects of the raw material ratic、reaction time、the different solvents and wasting solvent on the synthesis product was investigated and the structure of polyglycolic acid was characterized by IR spectra.
