废碱与高岭土合成4A沸石
Synthesis of Fine 4A Zeolite From Waste Alkali and Kaolinite
【摘要】 用高岭土和铝厂废碱为原料,采用碱烧法活化高岭土,合成4A型沸石。产品钙交换容量大于CaCO3 300 mg/g(绝干),同时研究了碱烧过程中碱量等参数对产品质量的影响。
【Abstract】 Kaolinite and waste alkali of aluminum plant as saw matecial, activate kaolinite by alkaline noasting to synthesize 4A zeolite. The final products have calcium ( CaCO3) exchange capacity>300mg/g (dry lase) . The effect of alkalinity and other factors on quality of the products were investigated.
