利用合成沸石副产稀碱液制五水偏硅酸钠
Preparation of Sodium Metasilicate Pentahydrate from Dilute Lye Generated in Synthetic Zeolite Production
【摘要】 合成沸石原粉副产稀碱液经除杂后 ,用泡花碱调整 Si O2 浓度 ,再经浓缩、结晶、分离、干燥等过程制备五水偏硅酸钠 ,产品质量符合标准 ,生产成本较通常方法可降低 2 5%。采用本法还可解决稀碱液对环境的污染 ,具有较好的环境、经济和社会效益。
【Abstract】 Sodium metasilicate pentahydrate is prepared from dilute lye generated in zeolite production through removing impurity by precipitation,adjusting SiO 2 content by adding water glass,and then via the processes of concentration,crystallization,separation and drying.The product quality can meet the standard and the production cost decreases by 25% compared with that of the conventional process.The new process not only eliminates dilute lye pollution,but also realizes good economic and social benefits.
