用聚硅酸铁铝混凝剂处理炼油厂废水

【摘要】 研究了以煤矸石和硫酸烧渣为主要原料研制的聚硅酸铁铝 ( PSFA)混凝剂对炼油厂废水的絮凝作用及混凝剂种类、用量和体系 p H对混凝效果的影响。试验结果表明 ,在较宽 p H范围内 ,PSFA对炼油废水具有良好的混凝处理效果。与传统混凝剂相比 ,它具有破乳性能好、投量少、滤饼含水率低、上清液透光性好的特点。

【Abstract】 The coagulation effect of polysilicate ferric aluminum (PSFA) coagulant prepared substantially from coal gangue and pyrite slag was studied in the treatment of refinery wastewater. The influences of the type and dosage of coagulant and pH on coagulation were investigated. The experimental results showthat PSFA has a good coagulation effect in the treatment of refinery wastewater with a wide scope of pH. In comparison with the conventional coagulants, PSFA is characterized by better emulsion breaking performance, less dosage of coagulant, lower water content of cake, clearer supernatant.
