给水泵汽轮机的数学模型及其控制系统的半实物仿真
Mathematical Model of Water Supply Pump Turbine and Simulation of Its Control System with Half Dummy
【摘要】 根据汽源和负载特性建立了给水泵汽轮机的数学模型 ,按照模型制造了仿真器。为考核Woodward公司生产的 50 5数字调节器用于 30 0MW机组给水泵汽轮机的控制性能 ,将 50 5调节器实物与对象仿真器构成半实物仿真系统 ,进行了调节器参数整定与扰动试验。试验表明 ,50 5调节器用于给水泵汽轮机可满足运行要求
【Abstract】 A mathematical model was built for water supply pump turbine in terms of gas source and loading characteristics, and a dummy was built to the model. In order to verify the performance of the 505 digital regulator made by woodward for the 300 MW power generator set′s water supply pump turbine, the real 505 regulator and the dummy were put together to form a simulation system. Test results show the performance of the 505 regulator used in the water supply pump gas turbine can satisfy the operational requirements.
