甲烷二氧化碳转化制合成气的研究——部分失活CN-16催化剂再生条件的选择
STUDIES OF REFORMING METHANE WITH CARBON DIOXIDE TO PRODUCE SYNTHESIS GAS-The Selection to Regeneration Conditions of the Deactivated CN-16 Catalyst
【摘要】 本文采用一种新型的再生剂对部分失活 CN— 1 6催化剂进行再生 ,并对部分失活 CN— 1 6催化剂再生条件进行了选择 .其最佳再生条件为 :再生剂中 A的摩尔百分含量为 5 mol%~ 1 0 mol% ,再生温度为 85 0℃或 90 0℃ .部分失活 CN— 1 6催化剂再生后 ,其催化活性明显高于再生前 ,并且接近新 CN—1 6催化剂活性 .
【Abstract】 The regeneration conditions and catalytic activity of deactivated industrial catalyst named CN-16 for CH 4-CO 2 reaction have been studied using a new activity-rejuvenating agent. The result shows that the optimum regeneration conditions are:the content of activity-rejuvenating agent A is 5mol%~10mol%,the regeneration temperature is 850℃ or 900℃. It is also found that the regeneration catalytic activity approaches that of new catalyst named CN-16 and is higher than that of the deactivated CN-16 catalyst unregenerated.
