一吨车前横梁冲压成形的仿真计算
Simulation of stamp forming of front cross member for one-ton truck
【摘要】 利用LS -DYNA3D软件对一吨车前横梁的冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟 ,揭示了零件的开裂问题主要是由于零件在预成形阶段变形程度过大造成的 .对冲压工艺及模具的调试过程进行了模拟 ,得出了解决问题的具体措施 :增大凸模的摩擦系数、增加凸、凹模底部顶角对应侧壁局部间隙、增加凸模底部顶角局部圆角半径、增加凹模底部顶角对应入模口局部圆角半径等可以有效地减轻零件的变形程度 ,解决零件预成形过程中底部顶角开裂的问题
【Abstract】 Concludes from the simulation results obtained with LS-DYNA3D software that the main reason for crackles in the part is the excessive deforming degree at the pre-forming stage.Suggests such effective measures as increase of friction coefficient of punch,increase of side wall local gap at the bottom projecting corner between punch and die,increase of radius of punch local bottom corner and increase of die mouth radius corresponding to bottom projecting corner to lighten the part deforming degree and solve the cracks problems during the pre-forming process.
