啤酒废水处理工程设计及运行分析(二)
Design and running analysis of brewery wastewater treatment(Ⅱ)
【摘要】 华润啤酒有限公司排放的啤酒废水采用内循环水解酸化-好氧工艺进行处理,处理后出水水质指标 COD=72.5mg/L, BOD=11.0mg/L, SS=8.4mg/L,达到 GB8978-1996国家污水综合排放标准。内循环水解酸化-好氧工艺处理啤酒废水的工程实践和运行分析表明,本工艺具有占地面积小,设备简单,出水水质好,剩余污泥少等优点。
【Abstract】 The technology of inner-circulated hydrolysis acidification aerobic process was used to treat brewery wastewater. The COD, BOD and SS in effluent at the final outlet are 72.5mg/L, 11.0mg/L and 8.4mg/L respectively,which meet the demand of GB8978-1996 Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard. The engineering running practice demonstrates that this process has many advantages, such as small land occupied, simple in equipment, good effluent quality, easy management, less surplus sludge and no smelling of activated sludge, etc.
