升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB) 处理涤纶废水的研究
Study on the treatment of the terylene wastewater by Upflow Anerobic Sludge Blanket(UASB) reactor
【摘要】 报道了采用升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)处理涤纶废水的试验结果。反应器容积为28L,温度为35±1℃,进水CODcr为5000-8000mg/L,有机负荷为8-10kgCODcr/(m~3·d),HRT为18-20h,产气率达到0.3m~3/kgCODcr,甲烷含量60%,CODcr去除率达到75%,取得了较好的试验效果,为厌氧法处理涤纶废水提供了依据。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the result of the research on the treatment of the terylene wastewater by UASB reactor. The CODcr removal efficiency is 75%, at 35 ±1℃, with the influent CODcr of 5000 ~ 8000mg/L, the loding rate of 8 ~ 10kgCODcr/(m~2· d) and HRT of 18 ~20h. The net gas yield is 0. 3m~3/kgCODcr, and 60% of gas is methane. This paper provides a scientific basis for the treatment of the terylene wastewater.
