有机硅接枝改性聚氯乙烯的研究

【摘要】 含氢硅氧烷 (RH)通过塑炼机与聚氯乙烯 (PVC)进行反应共混 ,用FT -IR和 1HNMR对产物进行了结构分析 ,并研究了它们的机械性能 .结果发现 :含氢硅氧烷与PVC在热、力引发条件下主要发生接枝反应 .PVC用含氢硅氧烷接枝改性后 ,产物 (PVC -g -RH)的抗冲击强度可以提高 5 0 %~ 70 % ,拉伸强度有不同程度的提高 .

【Abstract】 A new method was developed to prepare graft reactants composed of PVC main chain and siloxane grafts which were obtained through reactive processing by means of the two rolling mill. The reactants were characterized by IR and 1 HNMR and their mechanical properties were also studied. The results show that hydrosiloxane and PVC mostly perform grafting reaction under the action of thermal and mechanical initiation. After modification of PVC, its impact strengh can be increased by 50~70 percentage compared with PVC and tensile strength can be effectively improved at different extents.
