非均相合成PP—g—MMA共聚物研究
Study of synthesis of coplymer of PP—g—MMA with heterogeneous copolymerization
【摘要】 非均相合成了甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)和聚丙烯 (PP)的接枝物 (PP—g—MMA) .对合成产物进行了IR表征 ,考察了引发剂PBO、甲苯、反应时间和单体等对接枝率和接枝效率的影响 .结果表明 ,在BPO引发下 ,MMA能被接枝到PP链上 ;甲苯的加入对提高接枝率不利 ,单体用量的改变对接枝率的影响较大 ;反应最佳工艺条件为温度 :86℃ ,时间 :2 .5h ,配方 :PP/g∶MMA/mL∶BPO/g=2 0∶1 0∶0 .3.
【Abstract】 The graft copolymer of PP—g—MMA was synthesized by heterogeneous graft copolymerization .The synthetic product was characterized with IR and the influence of initiator BPO,toluene and reaction time etc.on graft degree and graft efficiency was studied.The results show that MMA can be grafted on chain of polypylene under initiation of BPO,the addition of toluene is disadvantagous to graft degree and the amount of monomer much greatly influence graft degree,the optimum conditions of technology are the following: temperature: 86 ℃,time: 2.5 h, PP/g∶MMA/mL∶BPO/g =20∶10∶0.3.
