表面张力对熔体速度场的作用和理论分析
Analysis and Effect on Velocity Field in the Melt from the Surface Tension for Temperature Gradient
【摘要】 光学实时观察法晶体生长技术是研究高温熔体运动的有效手段之一。在由直径为0 .2mm铂丝构成的直径为 1.2 5mm的圆环形坩埚中 ,通过电流加热 ,在环圈内形成厚度为0 .2mm的圆形熔液膜 ,该文研究了利用了上述技术所测得的以表面张力为主产生的熔体速度场 ,并从理论上对速度场的分布给出了定量分析。
【Abstract】 High temperature in situ observation method was very useful to study the motion of melt. A thin loop-like Pt wire (0.2mmΦ) heater (about 2.00mm in diameter) was employed to beat and suspent the KNbo 3 melts, A thin plane film of the sample melt was formed. The temperature and fluid velocity surface tension in the melt were measured experimentally. In this paper, The quantitative analysis for the velocity of the fluid flow was also made theoretically.
