【Abstract】 Based on the current situation, The article concentra the land development on the cultivated and fed pattem agriculture, preparing for the industrialization of higher-degree and featuring agriculture. The article deals with project measures of building dams, digging wells and ditches and ameliorating soils, as well as the programming and technology of cultivated and fed category, furthurmore, it gives some analyses for conceming the benefits of biology, society and economy.
