核供热堆钢安全壳及压力容器吊装方法研究

【摘要】 提出了选择核供热堆钢安全壳及压力容器吊装方法的原则,介绍了大型起重机、双桅杆和固定式龙门吊等 3种吊装方法,并从 3种方法的技术可行性、安全可靠性、工艺成熟性,对厂房结构、土建安装施工、工程进度和投资的影响以及对工程项目管理水平的要求进行了分析比较。 3种吊装方法,不仅适用于核供热堆压力容器的吊装,也适用于沸水堆和高温气冷堆压力容器的吊装,并为各种堆型核电站采用模块化设计与施工提供了多方案的技术储备。

【Abstract】 The principle of selecting hoisting method is presented for steel container and pressure vessel of nuclear heating reactor.Three kinds of methods are introduced which are large crane method,double stretcher method and immobility door- style crane method.The characteristics of the three methods are analyzed respectively and compared with each other,including technology feasibility,safety reliability,arts ripeness,the affect on building structure and construction and project cost and schedule,the requirement of project management.The three hoisting methods are not only applicable to installation of the vessel of nuclear heating reactor,but to that of boiling reactor and high temperature gas reactor.The three kinds of methods afford technology reference to module design and construction of all kinds of nuclear reactor.
