【摘要】 采用单个性信息素腺体分析技术对棉褐带卷叶蛾安徽种群 6个不同日龄 ,雌蛾性信息素二元组分进行了定量分析。结果表明各日龄组雌蛾的性信息素含量差异显著 (P<0 .0 1) ,随着雌蛾日龄的增加 ,性信息素含量呈现由低到高 ,再由高到低的变化曲线。二元组分中 Z- 11- 14 :Ac的比例具有较狭窄的个体变异范围(CV% =6 .4 3) ;而 Z- 9- 14 :Ac的 CV% =15.91。羽化当天和 1天的雌蛾性信息素中 Z- 9- 14 :Ac的平均比例 ,比其它 4个日龄组约小 5% ;Z- 11- 14 :Ac的平均比例相应大 5%左右更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, two components of the female sex pheromone from six different age groups of Anhui colony of summer fruit tortrix moth ( Adoxophyes orana ) were quantitatively analyzed by using a analytical technique of single sex pheromone gland.The results showed that there was significant difference in the amount of sex pheromone among different age groups (p<0.01). With increasing of the age, the amount of sex pheromone were showed as a curved line, which was from low to high and then from high to low. The individual variation of the proportion of Z-11-14∶Ac is limited in a narrow range (CV%=6.43), and that of Z-9-14∶Ac in CV%=15.91. In two components of female sex pheromone from the same day and 1-day-old groups after emerging, the mean proportion of Z-9-14:Ac was reduced by 5% approximately as compared with the other 4-day-old groups, and the mean proportion of Z-11-14:Ac was increased by 5% correspondingly.更多还原
