【Abstract】 The cost based pricing of various modes of transmission service,typical methodologies for corresponding modes and the enhancement of economic efficiency in application of the modes and methodologies are described.It is necessary to point out that transmission service price is different from transmission fee.In addition to the service fee,the transmission pricing has further to consider the factors of environment and economic efficiency.For example,how to reduce the cost to meet the customer’s need and work out a suitable price to encourage the progress of transmission service.The purpose of transmission service pricing is to work out a best price that will both enhance the economic efficenicy and satisfy the common benifit of the customers and power grid compaines.更多还原
