【Abstract】 Management and Check up Method for Tie line Power and Power Energy in ECPN”, worked out in 1994 and revised in 1998,has the purpose for classification of power energy interexchange between provinces(Shanghai) and province(Shanghai) and main grid into national planed interexchanging energy and the saled energy agreed within power groups and the check up of tie line power deviating from the plan. The execution of the “Method” showed that the qualification rate of the grid frequency has been enhanced and the averaged frequency of the grid is more approached to the standard frequncy, the interexchanged energy has been much approached to the planned value. This paper decribes the priciple and practice of the “Method”.更多还原
