二次风反切锅炉炉内气固多相流动特性数值模拟
Numerical Simulation on Characteristics of Gas solid Multiphase Flow in Furnace with Reverse Secondary Air
【摘要】 运用湍流理论和多相流动理论对不同二次风反切工况下炉内气流、煤粉颗粒运动进行了数值模拟。从消除残余旋转、稳定燃烧、防止结渣等角度比较了不同的二次风反切效果,并提出合理的反切方式,这对设计二次风反切具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 The numerical simulation for furnace gas flow and coal powder particle motion under various conditions of reverse secondary air is carried out based on turbulent flow and multiphase flow theories. The effects of various reverse secondery air conditions are compared on the bases of residual rotation elimination, combustion stability and slagging prevention, and the rational reversing method is suggested and acts as a guide to reverse secondary air design.
