【摘要】 目的 :探讨气囊助产术临床应用对缩短产程 ,减少产妇痛苦 ,避免滞产和降低剖宫产率的作用。方法 :对 2 2 6例产妇进行气囊助产术的总结 ,抽样 10 0例正常足月妊娠产妇为观察组 ,与以往住院分娩正常足月妊娠产妇做对照组进行全产程比较。结果与结论 :观察组全产程 4 .8h,对照组为17.1h,总产程缩短 12 h左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:[WT5BZ]To investigate the function of air sac midwife functioning machine for reducing the process of parturion,reducing the pain of pregnancy woman,avoiding dystocia and reducing the rate of caesarean birth.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]226 cases were concluded by using the air sac midwife functioning machine.We observed 100 nomal pregnancy women by using the machine,compared with 100 cases by traditional method.[WT5HZ]Result and Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The process of parturion by using the machine was 4.8 hours,and by the traditional method was 17.1 hours,reducing about 12 hours.
