【摘要】 目的 :研究食管癌患者肺功能的变化及其与肿瘤部位、病理类型、疾病分期、性别、年龄等的关系。方法 :选择无肺部疾病的 10 3例食管癌患者作为食管癌组 ,31例无临床症状及异常体征的健康体检者作为对照组。对两组的肺功能检查结果进行分析。结果 :同对照组比较 ,食管癌组的肺通气功能下降 ,FEV1 %、% VC、% V5 0 及 % V2 5 分别较对照组低 11%、7%、30 %及 36% ,差别具有统计学意义 ;而 RV/ TLC%及 % DLCO与对照组无差别。上中段及下段食管癌均有肺通气功能下降 ,且上中段食管癌较下段食管癌的通气功能下降得更明显 ( P<0 .0 5)。患者的年龄及性别、肿瘤的病理类型及疾病分期对肺通气功能无明显影响。结论 :食管癌患者存在肺通气功能下降 ,且上中段食管癌较下段食管癌患者更明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:[WT5BZ]To investigate the changes of pulmonary function in esophagus cancer patients and their relationship with tumorous location,pathological type ,sex,and age.[WT5HZ]Methods:[WT5BZ]103 esophagus cancer patients without pulmonary diseases and 31 healthy controls were selected to analyze their pulmonary function outcomes.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ] Compared with controls,the pulmonary ventilation function in esophagus cancer patients was much lower,and the values of FEV 1%,%VC,%V 50 and %V 25 were 11%,7%,30%and 36% lower ,respectively;while there were no obvious difference of RV/TLC% and %D LCO between two groups.Also,the ventilation function in upper and middle esophagus cancer patients was lower than that of in inferior(P<0 05)。And there were no evident influences of tumorous class,pathological type,sex,and age on ventilation function in esophagus cancer patients.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ] There was decline of ventilation function in esophagus cancer patients,which was more distinct in upper and middle esophagus cancer patients.
