【摘要】 目的 :县市级医院推广应用内镜下乳头肌切开 ( EST)取石治疗胆总管结石。方法 :用电子十二指肠镜逆行胰胆管造影 ( ERCP)确诊胆总管结石 ,继行十二指肠乳头肌切开术及胆总管取石。结果 :行 EST取石 2 4例 ,成功 2 3例 ,成功率 95.8% ,转外科手术 1例 ,占 4 .2 %。未出现严重并发症。结论 :内镜下乳头肌切开取石治疗胆总管结石 ,安全、成功率高 ,与外科手术相比 ,具有创伤小 ,术后恢复快 ,费用低等优点 ,值得在具备条件的县市级医院推广更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:EST in management of common bile duct stones should been popularized and applied in hospital in county.Methods:24 cases were finished by ERCP,once diaganosis was established, EST was immediately followed to extraction stones.Results:23 cases were cured ,rate of stones extraction reached 95.8%;1 case(4.2%) was turned to surgery;severe complication wasnt appear.Conclusions:EST in management of common bile duct stones is a safe method and high success rate ,has few hurt,rapid recovery,low cost compared with surgery operation,should been popularized in conditional hospital in county.更多还原
