【摘要】 目的与方法 :本实验手术造成小鼠膝骨关节炎模型 ,在造模后二、四、八周观察牛膝滑膜炎冲剂对关节软骨、软骨下骨、滑膜结构和成分变化的影响 ,设立西药芬必得与中药对照组 .结果与结论 :牛膝滑膜炎冲剂组对滑膜的炎性改变具有明显抑制作用 ,对软骨的退变也有较好的延缓趋势 ,与芬必得对照组比较有统计学意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective and method:[WT5BZ][ST5BZ]We made a model of patella athritis on operating in experimental rats.Then observed the structure and changes of cartilage、Lateral cartilage and synovity,After 2、4、8 weeks with achyranthes root synovitis diluent(ARSD).During the courses,theres a control group with ibuprofen.[WT5HZ]Result and conclusion:[WT5BZ]Theres significant inhibiting action on the changes of synovitis with ARSD.It can delay the degenerative of cartilage.Compared with ibuprofen group,Theres significance of statistics.
