【Abstract】 The modification and processing of starch are of great importance due to easy accessibility, regeneration and biodegradau’on of starch. Current methods of starch modification and processing are discussed. Their applications on fiber have expanded the using area of starch from food industry to wearing materials, nonwovens, sanitary textiles, papermaking, etc. It is also pointed out that new methods are still left to be explored since the structure and morphology of starch is different from other polymers.更多还原
