封闭型异氰酸酯齐聚物及与PET反应性共混
Synthesis of Terminated Isocyanate Oligomers and Their Reactive Blending With PET
【摘要】 合成了一系列由聚乙二醇、芳香族二异氰酸酯以及乙醇、异丙醇、苯酚组成的封闭型异氰酸酯齐聚物(TIO);应用差示扫描量热法、红外光谱、特性粘数测试等手段,表征了这些TIO的解封闭特性,进而在哈克流变仪上进行聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯与TIO反应性共混,初步研究了共混物的特性粘数和热性能。
【Abstract】 A series of terminated isocyanate oligomers (TIO) were synthesized from poly(ethylene glycol), aromatic diisocyanate, ethanol, isopropanol and phenol. The thermal decomposition properties of TIO samples were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infra - red spectrometry (IR) and intrinsic viscosity measurement. The reactive blending of TIO with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was carried out in a HAAKE rheometer. The intrinsic viscosity and thermal property of the blends were studied.
