【Abstract】 Chitin and its derivation (Chitosan) have begun to attract much attention in both basic and applied fields recently for its excellent properties not only biology and biochemistry but also organic and polymer chemistry,pharmacology,and medicine.This paper introduces the chemical modification of chitin and chitosan,including deacetylation,Schiff reaction,Ocarboxymethylation,etc.,focusing on the discussing of possibility of chitosan to synthesize with other polymers.更多还原
