3,6-二取代-5,6-二氢-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑的合成及生物活性
Study on Synthesis of 3-Aryl-6-aryl/ alkyl-5,6-dihydrogen-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles and Their Biological Activities
【摘要】 以 3-芳基 - 4 -氨基 - 5-巯基 - 1,2 ,4 -三唑为原料 ,在酸催化下与醛类发生分子内的 Mannich反应 ,合成了 14个标题化合物 ,其结构经元素分析、IR,1H NMR和 MS确证。研究了反应条件。生物活性测定结果表明 ,部分化合物具有较强的生物活性。
【Abstract】 Fourteen title compounds have been prepared by the intramoleclar Mannich reaction of 3-phenyl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazoles with aldehydes in the presence of acid and their structures have been confirmed by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR and MS. These compounds were screened for their biological activities and the results display that some of them possess strong biological activities.
