铌酸催化液相合成乙酸乙酯

【摘要】 报道了铌酸催化乙醇与乙酸的液相酯化反应 ,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、酸醇比、反应时间对产品乙酸乙酯收率的影响。在优化条件下 ,产品收率可达 88.0 % ,选择性为 1 0 0 %。同时 ,我们采用自制间歇式反应装置 ,对催化剂的稳定性进行了考察 ,发现铌酸在该实验条件下 ,能保持较高的稳定性和较高的催化活性。

【Abstract】 The catalytic esterification of alcohol and acetic acid by niobic acid in liquid phase was reported. The effects of reaction conditions, such as reaction temperature, the catalyst dosage, molar ratio of alcohol and acetic acid, reaction time on the yield of ethyl acetate were sdudied. Under the optimal condition, the yield reached 88.0%. It was also found that under the present condition, the stability of catalyst remained rather high with good catalytic activity.
