DDQ在β-咔啉生物碱合成中的应用
The Application of DDQ in the Synthesis of β-Carboline Alkaloid
【摘要】 考察了 2 ,3 二氯 5 ,6 二氰基对苯醌 (DDQ)氧化四氢 β 咔啉为 4 位酮的条件及产物分布 ,并探讨了其反应机理 ,重点考察了溶剂性质和DDQ与反应底物摩尔比对氧化反应的影响。
【Abstract】 The effects of the reaction conditions, especially the solvents and the ratio of DDQ/S on the product distribution in the oxidation of β carboline with 2,3 dichloro 5,6 dicyanobenzoquinone(DDQ) were investigated and the mechanism was proposed.
