【摘要】 目的　观察甘露饮防治超分割放射治疗鼻咽癌所致放射性口腔黏膜损伤的疗效。方法　 70例鼻咽癌患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 35例 ,用甘露饮组方配合超分割放射治疗 ;对照组35例 ,采用单纯超分割放射治疗。结果　口腔黏膜Ⅱ、Ⅲ度损伤治疗组共为 4 5.7% ( 16 35) ,对照组共为 82 .8% ( 2 9 35)。 2组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　甘露饮加减组方能有效防治急性放射性口腔黏膜损伤 ,无毒副反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical effect of Ganluyin drink on injure of radioactive oral mucosa caused by super branch radiotherapies, which treats cancer of nasopherynx. Methods 70 patients of cancer of nasopherynx were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=35) combination of Ganluyin drink and super branch radiotherapies was utilized and in control group (n=35) only super branch radiotherapies was carried on. Results Rate of injures of radioactive oral mucosa in treatment group (45.7%) were obviously lower than that in control group (82.8%, P<0.01). Conclusions Combination of Ganluyin drink and super branch radiotherapies can effectively treat injure of radioactive oral mucosa, do not produce side effect.更多还原
