【摘要】 目的　观察理气通肠合剂治疗粘连性不完全性肠梗阻的临床疗效及机制。方法　将 2 89例患者分为对照组 1 40例 ,给予禁食、持续胃肠减压、补充电解质、维持酸碱平衡等一般治疗。治疗组 1 49例在对照组治疗方法基础上 ,另给予理气通肠合剂口服或由胃管注入。结果　治疗组梗阻缓解 1 32例 ,对照组梗阻缓解 87例 ,2组相比有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　理气通肠合剂可促进胃肠蠕动 ,对粘连性不完全性肠梗阻有治疗作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze clinical effect of Liqi Tongchang mixture on partial adhesion intestinal obstruction. Methods 289 patients of partial adhesion intestinal obstruction were allocated to control group (n=140), which was treated by routine methods of fasting, maintenance of acid-base balance, supplement of electrolyte and sustained nasogastric decompression and treatment group (n=149), which was treated by combination of routine method and Liqi Tongchang mixture. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusions Liqi Tongchang mixture can effectively treat Partial adhesion intestinal obstruction.更多还原
