【摘要】 目的　观察坤康粉治疗宫颈糜烂疗效。方法　治疗组 2 1 6例 ,予坤康粉药棉饼宫颈糜烂面保留 ,每日更换 1次 ;对照组 50例 ,睡前取宫颈康栓剂 1粒置阴道深处 ,48h用药 1次。 2组均治疗 2 4日后判定疗效。观察治疗前后宫颈糜烂表现及变化程度、治疗期间不良反应、治疗总有效率。结果　总有效率 ,治疗组 96.30 % ,对照组 80 .0 0 % ,2组比较有极显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论　坤康粉治疗宫颈糜烂疗效确切 ,无不良反应发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kunkang powder on cervical erosion. Methods 266 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups. In control group (n=50) Gongjingkang turunda was taken vagina basilaris and in treatment group (n=216) cotton cake contain Kunkang powder was applied vagina basilaris, with the therapeutic duration of 24 days. Results The total effective rate (96.30%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in control group (80.00%, P<0.001). Conclusions Kunkang powder has the significant therapeutic efficacy on cervical erosion.更多还原
