【摘要】 目的　观察健脾活血汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。方法　将慢性萎缩性胃炎 1 2 0例分为 2组 ,治疗组 86例服用自拟健脾活血汤 ,日 1剂 ;对照组服用维酶素 0 .8g,每日 3次。 2组均以 3个月为 1个疗程。结果　治疗组临床症状显效率、总有效率 ,胃镜像显效率、总有效率 ,胃黏膜病理显效率、总有效率及胃黏膜异型增生逆转方面与对照组比较差异均有显著性或极显著性 (P<0 .0 5,0 .0 1或 0 .0 0 1 )。结论　健脾活血汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切 ,对胃黏膜肠上皮化生和异型增生有不同程度的逆转作用 ,对幽门螺杆菌也有一定的抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into two groups. In treatment group (n=86) Jianpi Huoxue Decoction was taken orally a dose every day and in control group (n=34) Weimeisu 0.8g was taken three times every day. In both groups the therapeutic course is three months. Results The total effective rate (96.5%) were significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (70.6%, P<0.01). Conclusions Jianpi Huoxue Decoction can produce reverse effect on metaplasia of intestinal epithelium of gastric mucosa and heterohyperplasia.更多还原
