【摘要】 目的　观察益肾通络胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法　 32 0例患者采用半随机法分为治疗组和对照组 ,分急性期和缓解期治疗。治疗 组 (急性期 ) 1 0 0例口服益肾通络胶囊 号方 ,治疗 组 (缓解期 ) 1 0 0例口服益肾通络胶囊 号方 ;对照 组 (急性期 ) 60例和 组 (缓解期 ) 60例均口服芬必得、维生素 B1、腺苷辅酶维生素 B12 。全部患者均以 1 5日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果　急性期和缓解期治疗组总有效率均优于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论　益肾通络胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Tongluo capsule for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 160 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in an acute stage were randomly divided into control groups Ⅰ (n=60)which were treated by the method of fenbid, Vitamin B1 and adenosine Vitamin B12 and treatment group Ⅰ (n=100) which Yishen Tongluo capsule Ⅰ were administered. The other patients (n=160) with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc in the remission stage were allocated to two groups. Yishen Tongluo capsule Ⅱ were taken in treatment group Ⅱ and fenbid, Vitamin B1 and adenosine Vitamin B12 were taken in control group Ⅱ, with the 10day therapy in four groups. Results The total effective rate (95%, 93%) were significantly higher in treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ than those in control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ (61.67%, 60% P<0.001,). Conclusions Yishen Tongluo capsule can produce obviously effect on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.更多还原
