【摘要】 目的　探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD)患者长期慢性缺氧等因素对骨质密度的影响。方法　用Expert XL型骨密度仪测定 97例老年COPD患者 [男 6 7例 ,平均 (6 8.2 7± 7.79)岁 ;女 30例 ,平均 (6 5 .13± 3 .2 9)岁 ]腰椎L2～ 4和股骨近端 (颈部Neck ,三角区Ward’s ,转子Troch ,Total)骨密度 (BMD) ,10 0例同年龄组健康人 (男 70例 ,女 30例 )作对照。结果　老年COPD组的骨密度值 ,男性总骨量为 (0 .90 0± 0 .14 2 )g/cm2 ,对照组为 (0 .974± 0 .117)g/cm2 (P <0 .0 1) ;女性老年COPD组总骨量为 (0 .82 2± 0 .14 8)g/cm2 ,对照组为 (0 .90 2± 0 .119)g/cm2 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　老年COPD男女患者的骨密度均明显低于正常对照组 ,对老年COPD骨质疏松病人在临床的诊疗中应引起高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The purpose of this study is to find the effect of long term chronic hypoxia in COPD patients on bone density.Methods 97 patients(67 males, aged 68.27±7.79 and 30 females, age 65.13±3.29)with COPD were selected for studying group and 100 healthy people (70 males and 30 females) with in equal average age were selected in control group. The BMD of Lumbar2 to 4, femur neck, Ward’s triangle, femur trochanter and total volume were measured by Expert XL model BMD machine.Results The total volume of BMD in male of COPD group is(0.900±0.142)g/cm 2 and that in control group is(0.974±0.117)g/cm 2(P<0.01);the total volume of BMD in female of COPD group is(0.822±0.148)g/cm 2 and that in control group is (0.902±0.119)g/cm 2(P<0.05).Conclusion The BMD of COPD patients in both male and female are obviously lower than that of the healthy people in control group. It is necessary to pay attention to bone quantity for COPD patients clinically.更多还原
